  • In your computer browser’s search field, type the eBay login page’s URL code.
  • In the Login window, click on the My eBay command link.
  • From the drop-down menu, select the Selling option.
  • Go to the Seller Hub section and click on the Orders link command line.
  • Select the Awaiting payment option followed by Send Invoice. Now, you will be directed to a page that prompts you to recheck the shipping fee, shipping method details, etc. After ensuring that the displayed information is correct, click on the Send Invoice button.

  • From your computer browser, access eBay’s Seller Hub page.
  • Select the Order option from the list.
  • Choose the Send invoice option from the Actions menu.
  • Check whether the order details, including the shipping charge, are entered correctly.
  • Click on the Send invoice button.
